All jewelry pieces are handcrafted by me.  Most of the time you will get the actual item that is photographed; however, at times it is necessary to make more than one of the same piece and those may vary ever so slightly from photographs.  If for some reason the materials to make your piece is not available, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Returns

Returns are gladly accepted within 7 days for store credit, less any shipping charges.  However, due to health regulations, earrings are not returnable.

Guarantee

All items come with a 90 day workmanship guarantee.  If anything breaks due to defect during this time, simply return for repair.  Any repair due to customer neglect will incur normal repair and shipping charges.

Please email me before you send your item in and insure/track your package when you mail it to me.

Shipping

Shipping is free for items over $100.  Standard shipping and handling fees are for first class mail with insurance.  I ship items via United States Postal Service. 

International orders are gladly accepted and also receive free shipping for items over $100.

Your item should ship within 3 days of your order.  Please allow up to 5-10 days mail time depending on where you are located.  USPS estimates arrival time, but they do not guarantee shipping time.  I ship from Fenton, Michigan  48430.
